Introhive to deliver AI-powered CRM through PwC globally

Introhive, which makes customer relationship management software for enterprises, has expanded its relationship with PwC to deliver artificial intelligence-powered relationship intelligence to the global market. The joint business relationship, which began in the United Kingdom in December 2018, has extended to Canada and the United States, with plans to expand into other countries across Europe.

Through the partnership, Introhive provides PwC and its clients with real-time relationship intelligence and insights for better customer management.

PwC was an early adopter of Introhive across its Canadian operation and today, the global PwC deployment has grown to over 80,000 users across 90 different countries, according to the companies.
